This leads to evolving technology requirements and continued improvements and developments within our systems infrastructure. Directed by the Head of Business Systems and the wider management team you will plan, implement, document and train on a variety of key projects focusing on improving the service offering to our colleagues and clients.Key Responsibilities

Design and develop new systems integrationsSupport and improve existing integrationsProvide documentation and training as requiredMaintain a change management log for development workLiaise with external resource as requiredSupport project timelines and quality standardsInvestigate and resolve data/process errorsPerson Specification / Qualifications

This role focuses on integrations between the ERP, CRM, ESP and associated systems. You will work as an integral member of the business systems team, with experience in integrations and openness to new development tools. You will translate requirements from various business areas into deliverable integration solutions in collaboration with Business Systems and Digital Marketing.Knowledge of API and Webhook methodologiesUnderstand complex data structures and relational databasesKnowledge of ERP / CRM (Priority / SAP / HubSpot / Dynamics / Salesforce)Data flow and process mappingAbility to understand and integrate new and changing systems across the businessNot required but of substantial value:Web design / coding experience (HTML, CSS, PHP, JS)SQL query writing and data analysisData analysis and report preparation (Excel, PowerBI)Ability to switch to ad-hoc urgent tasksPriority ERP Development experienceCompany Benefits

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:30On-site at HQ in Henley-on-ThamesWorking autonomously within a small teamProbation period: 4 monthsNotice period: 2 months up to 2 years’ service, increasing to 3 from 2 yearsStage
