Are you a Process Technician with experience in industrial painting processes, looking to join a company renowned for their employee development through great progression and training opportunities?

You will be responsible for providing technical support across an industrial painting process, while driving continuous improvement and implementing cost-effective manufacturing solutions. This is a days-based role with an early finish on Fridays.

This role would suit a technician with experience in Industrial Painting Processes looking to develop their career within a stable and growing company that offers strong earning potential and clear progression opportunities.

The Role:

• Support across industrial paint processes
• Driving continuous improvement and LEAN techniques
• Days-based role, early finish on Fridays

The Candidate:

• Experienced in Paint manufacturing processes / Industrial painting
• HNC Qualified
• Keen to develop within a growing company
