Lead the commercial delivery of major fire protection projects as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, with high autonomy, client engagement, and framework exposure. We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage the financial and commercial aspects of multiple fire protection projects. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will oversee cost planning, procurement, and reporting while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction across social housing frameworks and public sector contracts.
