You will liaise with a diverse range of investors, utilizing your communication and negotiation skills to transact effectively. Collaborating with our Technology and Quantitative Research groups, you will help expand our electronic capabilities and mentor junior staff. This role offers a dynamic environment where your analytical mindset and proactive problem-solving skills are highly valued.Job Responsibilities

Manage strategic risk of client flows and ordersMaintain excellent relationship management with clientsCollaborate with Technology and Quantitative Research teams to grow electronic trading capabilitiesMentor and develop junior staffRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Solid trading experience within Base Metals productsAbility to assess and understand risks associated with trading positions and market eventsWillingness to succeed in a fast-paced, competitive environmentAnalytical mindset with proactive problem-solving skillsAbility to operate independently and collaboratively within a teamPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Experience interacting with major institutional commodity clients (preferred)Experience with electronic market making (preferred)Bachelor''s degree in quantitative subjects (useful)This role involves UK regulated activities. The successful candidate must meet UK regulatory requirements and obtain necessary approvals from the UK Financial Conduct Authority and/or the Prudential Regulation Authority.About Us
