Customer Service Specialist. Location: Heathrow Airport. Salary: Competitive base salary. In this role, you will be providing dedicated support to the Engineering Team, ensuring service is delivered to Trinity''s high-quality standards.Responsibilities
Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our service commitments are met.Handle the arrangements of labour resourcing and project delivery schedules.Raise and process all invoice requests and purchase orders within agreed SLAs.Support the Service Team to facilitate efficient operations at Heathrow Airport.Qualifications
Proven ability to handle high-level service activities with accuracy and thoroughness.Demonstrable experience in managing stakeholder relationships, providing outstanding customer service.Ability to prioritise workloads and manage deadlines effectively.Prior experience in the Fire Industry and/or Aviation sector advantageous but not required.Benefits
