Role Overview As a Senior Carer, you will split your time between field and office duties, supporting both our clients and care staff. You will work closely with the Care Coordinator and Registered Manager to ensure that care is delivered safely, consistently, and in line with regulatory standards. Key ResponsibilitiesField-Based Duties Carry out initial care needs and risk assessments. Perform quality spot checks and routine reviews of care delivery. Mentor and support carers, including on-the-job training and formal supervisions. Support with care worker introductions and transitions. Ensure client dignity, safety, and independence are always upheld. Maintain accurate, confidential records and report concerns appropriately.
