Sous Chef, required for our client, a Village Inn, located on the coast in the Kingsbridge area of Devon. This location is a beautiful place to live and work. In your spare time you could be paddle boarding, swimming, kayaking or just enjoying this coastal area. Shared live in is available for this role. As Sous Chef, the Village Inn, serves real ales, great gastro pub food and good cheer to everyone from new guests to old locals. You will need to be able to demonstrate previous experience working in a similar role and be looking for somewhere to develop and take the next step in your career. Key Responsibilities: To lead by example and implement all procedures (HACCP, Health and Safety, COSHH and Food Safety Management) to the required standards to which training has been received.
