The successful candidate will take ownership of sensory evaluation activity on site, supporting quality, compliance and customer standards.This role would suit:A food science graduate looking to step into industryA junior Quality or Technical professional with 1-3 years'' experienceSomeone currently working in QA who wants more ownership and responsibilityThe Role:Manage daily sensory panels in line with retailer requirementsAssess raw materials, finished products and process changesSupport investigations, non-conformances and root cause analysisMaintain accurate technical documentation and recordsSupport audit readiness and compliance with customer standardsWork closely with production and technical teamsYou will be working within a site that is transitioning from a family-run structure to a more corporate model, with strong focus on accountability, reporting and continuous improvement.The Person:Food manufacturing experience is essentialFood Science / Food Technology degree desirableUnderstanding of UK retailer standardsStrong attention to detailComfortable working in a structured, ..... full job details .....
