We design in-house and work with a small number of suppliers to sustainable standards. We are embarking on an exciting plan and are seeking new team members to contribute.Role

As our brand leader in store, you will lead, manage and motivate your team to deliver an exceptional brand experience. You will view the store as the centre of a community of AllSaints fans and customers in your surrounding area, including in-store, online and partnerships. You will own delivering the AllSaints experience in your city, support concession partnerships, engage with the community and deliver outstanding in-store service. You will manage time, resilience, multitasking and determination to ensure in-store customer journeys, financial targets and business-critical updates are delivered appropriately. You will lead a team of managers and stylists, upskill them with commercial skills to meet sales targets and provide exceptional service. You will build strong relationships without relying on hierarchy and collaborate with local concessions and the community.What Will I Be Doing?

You will equip and incentivise your team with the latest product knowledge, brand strategies and people updates to deliver an inspiring in-store experience. You are responsible for the development of your team and will host annual appraisals to recognise achievements, identify improvements and set objectives for individuals. You will plan and deliver monthly floor sets, promote new collections and drive sales across all product categories. You will lead floor walks with a clear understanding of business performance and commercial rationale. With support from the District Manager and brand support, you own all areas of your business—from customer experience and stockroom operations to people policies, payroll, profit protection, health and safety and recruitment. You will manage the one management team, set expectations and occasionally step into other roles to upskill and provide on-the-spot feedback. You will use reporting technologies to observe the shop floor from the customer perspective, maximise trade opportunities and respond quickly to risks. You will ensure your teams adhere to wardrobe and grooming guidelines and operational excellence, showcasing achievements on Google platforms. You will address employee matters with your People and Culture advisor to resolve issues timely and effectively.Qualifications / Skills

You are positive, inspiring, and a natural coach who helps teams perform at their best and feel valued.You are comfortable leveraging data and analytics to inform decisions, and you strive for continuous improvement.Location
