Application Support Analyst is focused primarily on the support of their SAP Business One based applications that are at the core of the business operations. Ensuring the applications function correctly by troubleshooting issues, responding to user requests, monitoring system performance, performing routine maintenance, as well as supporting the development and deployment process for SAP enhancements (third party provider). Full Training will be given in SAP Business One. You will work as part of the small IT team and report to the Infrastructure Manager.Essential Technical Background

2+ years Business Application Support experience. Working with Business Applications Software (e.g. SaaS - HR, Payroll, LMS, Recruitment, Finance, CRM or ERP), SAP Business One or Microsoft Dynamics.Must have experience with SQL or Python.Experience working in a support framework Logging and supporting tickets, prioritisation, case and issue management.Ability to learn business processes and systems, build and solve problems in this environment.Essential Skills And Experience
