At Legal and General, we''re looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative individual to join our UK PRT Client Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the smooth transition and ongoing management of pensioner payrolls, ensuring excellent outcomes for our customers.What you''ll be doing:Loading pensioner schemes and amendments onto payment systemsManaging buy-in payments and true-up calculationsSupporting brokers, Trustees, and members with complex schemesEnsuring benefits and payments align with specificationsTesting and documenting processes for consistencyCommunicating key updates to internal and external stakeholdersCreating efficient processes with full audit trailsSupporting and training team members in new proceduresQualificationsWho we''re looking for:Understanding of defined benefit pension schemesAbility to work to tight deadlines with clear communicationKnowledge of GDPR, Money Laundering, and Treating Customers FairlyStrong awareness of team and business risksCustomer-focused mindset with relationship-building skillsConfidence working with data in ExcelExperience with core administrative systemsAbility to prioritise and organise tasks effectivelyWhatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
