Requirements

Have a strong understanding of and passion for the KG Kurt Geiger and Carvela brand, customer and collectionsBe able to produce high quality work (Cads and Specs) quickly and efficiently.To be engaged and enthusiastic about the fashion industry with strong knowledge of luxury and high street trends and have the ability to contribute and apply this to our brandBe able to produce original, creative and brand appropriate ideas based on upcoming trendsHave the ability and passion to work across multiple product categoriesBe confident in presenting your designs formally and informallyTo have excellent communication skills with your team, other teams and suppliersBe flexible with the ability to change and reprioritise what you are working on when requiredHave strong technical and practical knowledge that allows you to deliver accurate samplesBe able to take responsibility for your design work, following samples through until a perfect sample is delivered to the deadlines - a thorough and proactive approach in sample managementBe able to work without supervision but be part of a team
