Quantity SurveyorSouth YorkshireMain Contractor£40k - £50k + Car allowance + Health + Bonus + Benefits Our client is a South Yorkshire-based contractor who specialise in fast-track design and build projects as well as reactive maintenance They are seeking to appoint a dedicated Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic commercial team, to deliver projects across the leisure, commercial, and hospitality sectors You will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed within budget, on time, and in line with client expectations The role offers an excellent opportunity to work on diverse projects within a supportive and professional environment, where your expertise will directly contribute to the company's ongoing success The ideal candidate will have;

• Previous experience in a Quantity Surveyor role within the construction industry, preferably with exposure to fast-track projects

• Strong understanding of contractual and commercial processes across multiple sectors

• Ability to manage budgets, costings, and procurement processes effectively

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving

• Commercially aware with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to achieving financial targets

• Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
