Resident Liaison Officer - Birmingham / Wolverhampton

We are seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to support a Kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programme across occupied properties. The ideal candidate will be confident, empathetic, and well-organized, with a strong background in tenant or customer liaison within a social housing or construction setting.

• Act as the main point of contact for residents during works

• Arrange appointments and communicate schedules clearly

• Manage resident expectations and resolve any issues or complaints

• Carry out property visits and inspections

• Liaise closely with site and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery

• Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer (essential)

• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (essential)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations

• Strong time management and organisation
