The Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work with students across Key Stages 3 and 4 in a range of subjects. You will support learning both in and out of the classroom, helping students who require additional guidance and working closely with teachers and the SENCo to promote student progress.
What You''ll Be Doing:
- Supporting students across a broad curriculum including Maths, Science, and Humanities
- Assisting individuals or small groups with learning tasks and revision
- Helping students with special educational needs or English as an additional language
- Contributing to classroom organisation and the preparation of lesson materials
- Developing your knowledge of teaching strategies and behaviour management
