Your new roleAs Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead a team of multi-skilled engineers responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance across a busy, advanced manufacturing site. You will ensure maintenance work is completed to a high standard, coach and support engineers, and coordinate all maintenance activity through SAP to ensure KPIs are met.Your key responsibilities will include: Managing and coaching maintenance teams, ensuring high levels of craftsmanship and accurate job reportingCoordinating workload via SAP and monitoring maintenance KPIsManaging equipment failure data and producing breakdown reportsProcuring spare parts and materials for work ordersAttending daily production meetings to prioritise activityWriting and reviewing maintenance procedures and risk assessmentsCarrying out full people-management responsibilities What you''ll need to succeed A 4-year time-served apprenticeship (mechanical bias preferred)Mechanical engineering experience within a maintenance workshop environmentIOSH Managing Safely ..... full job details .....
