Group Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team and take on the critical role of overseeing and managing financial results, budgets, and forecasting.
You will be specifically aligned to our prestigious corporate client, who have six sites spanning across London, Bournemouth, Dublin, Edinburgh, and Luxemburg. This position carries the management accountability and oversight of all financial functions for contracts, accounts, and profit centres, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of financial processes. You will also be tasked with producing detailed and accurate financial reports, including variance analysis, for the Line Manager, Client, and Aramark Head Office. This is a key role that requires strong financial acumen and the ability to deliver precise and timely financial insights.
Please note, you will be required to work 5 days on site, Monday - Friday.

Analysing performance on a weekly, monthly, and annual basisChallenging internal stakeholders on their key areas to achieve target resultsPrepare Flash Reports as required and at Month end ahead of final resultRegular forecasting and monitoring financial performancePreparation of Client and Aramark budgets including all updatesProducing monthly PandL statement with commentary and attend review with Internal and External StakeholdersComplete Month End in line with timelines, preparation and posting of month end journals, including intercompany cost transfers, reconcile summary and ensure correct client invoices.Balance sheet reconciliationsLiaising with various Head Office functions including Credit Control, Accounts Payable, Sales and Billing on issues related to accountProviding various ad-hoc reports and analysis on key projects as required by Account DirectorPreparing manual invoices and backup documentation to Client on ad-hoc chargesTo ensure all financial work is completed effectively, accurately and on timeAd-hoc related project support and managementClient / Account ManagementPrepare and conduct client financial reviews: monthly/quarterly /annually/adhocPrepare reports, budgets and forecastsIdentify and unlock opportunity for cost effectivenessMaintain and develop client relationshipsAttend Aramark and client meetings as requiredYou''ll be set up for success if you have:
