The role will involve 

• Supporting fee earners with their caseloads of private client matters, with a view to running your own caseload further down the line
• Liaising with clients by phone, email and face to face
• Drafting of legal documents including wills and LPA's
• Liaising with clients and third party professionals
• Assisting fee earners in matters pertaining to wills, probate, trusts, lasting powers of attorney, court of protection and estate planning
• Working as part of an established team with an excellent client base and reputation

Suitable candidates will have:

• Previous experience supporting Private Client fee earners 
• Experience of drafting wills and LPA's
• A good understanding of  administration of estates
• Knowledge of estate planning
• A good level of computer literacy 
• Excellent client care and IT skills

This is a permanent job, working 9am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday with an hour for lunch.
