Working with the best quality ingredients and a strong team of chefs, you should have experience at high end restaurants, 5* hotels or luxury private members clubs.With the restaruant offering Mediterranean/Italian cuisine, you should ideally have some experience in that style of cooking to at least Senior CDP level.Working 45 hours a week with overtime paid.
