Excellent opportunity for a lawyer with experience in White Collar Crime / Regulatory Law to move into a rare in-house opportunity with a FTSE 100 business based in the West Midlands. You will join an award-winning legal team advising on a variety of regulatory, civil and criminal investigations, enforcements and disputes, as well as providing strategic non-contentious advice to the business.The role involves work across regulatory enforcements, environmental and other projects within a complex, highly regulated sector. The team offers good long-term prospects and a positive work-life balance in a supportive, collaborative environment.Responsibilities

Advise on regulatory, civil and criminal investigations, enforcements and disputesProvide strategic non-contentious legal advice to the businessContribute to projects ranging from regulatory enforcements to environmental matters and other regulatory proceedingsInteract with business operations to understand operational aspects of the businessQualifications / Experience

Experience as a criminal lawyer with White Collar / Regulatory mattersExperience in inquests and regulatory proceedings is desirableBright, personable candidate who enjoys a varied, hands-on role within a business environmentAble to work in a complex, regulated sector and manage multiple projectsEmployment details
