Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily restaurant operations

Motivate and inspire a team of 3240 staff (mix of full-time and part-time)

Ensure smooth service delivery during peak times

Recruit, train, and develop team members

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and HandS compliance

Manage stock and ordering to avoid shortages

Deliver excellent guest experiences while working towards KPIs and profitability targets

Requirements

13 years management experience in hospitality or fast-food

Assistant Managers from fast-food brands encouraged to apply

Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills

Commercial awareness with ability to run a tight ship

Local to Milton Keynes

Advantageous but not essential: familiarity with Indian street food
