Reporting into the Director of Finance, this Head of Finance and Finance Transformation role will lead the finance function through major organisational change, driving financial strategy, governance and high-quality reporting whilst keeping the day-to-day finance operations running smoothly. You will spearhead a transformation programme to modernise systems and processes, building a faster and smarter finance function. Lead a major finance transformation programme, including procuring and implementing a new finance system, modernising processes and driving automation, efficiency and improved insight. Oversee all financial operations, governance and risk management - ensuring strong financial controls, high-quality reporting, effective forecasting, and successful delivery of audits and statutory accounts. Partner with senior leaders and trustees to provide financial analysis, modelling and strategic advice that informs decisions and investment choices.
