A secondary school in Aylesbury is seeking a confident Cover Supervisor to support across KS3andndash;KS4. This is a fantastic role for graduates looking to step into teaching or those with classroom experience who want flexible and rewarding work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
• Manage behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
• Support students with classwork and interventions
• Cover a variety of subjects across the school

Requirements:

• Previous experience with young people desirable
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• Confident, adaptable, and reliable
