ARCAARCA Resourcing is working on behalf of a pioneering engineering company delivering cutting-edge solutions across high-performance, safety-critical sectors. We''re seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex customer projects, ensuring timely, on-budget execution aligned to business objectives.As the strategic link between Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Finance and Exec Leadership, you’ll oversee scope, budget, risk, planning and stakeholder alignment across full project lifecycles. You’ll also coach a growing project team and champion continuous improvement through best-in-class delivery methodologies.Key Responsibilities:Own project delivery from initial engagement through to successful closureCollaborate with planners to create detailed project plans, schedules, and budgetsLead cross-functional teams and vendor coordinationTrack milestones, manage risk and scope changes, and maintain governance toolsProvide regular updates to internal and external stakeholdersSupport the development of a junior Project ManagerChampion data-driven decision-making and post-project reviewsIdeal Background:Degree in Engineering or related disciplineProven experience leading engineering or technical projectsStrong working knowledge of project delivery frameworks (e.g., MS Project, Prince2)Experience in regulated industries (e.g., automotive, aerospace)Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement toolsExceptional communication, stakeholder, and leadership skillsWhat We’re Looking For:Strategic mindset with a hands-on, delivery-focused approachHigh emotional intelligence, able to align and motivate cross-functional teamsAdaptable, resilient, and confident under pressureCommercial awareness combined with strong technical acumenARCA Resourcing is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive environment.
