Assistant Management AccountantAn innovative and highly regarded organisation is seeking an Assistant Management Accountant to join its established finance team. This role is suitable for a candidate with strong management accounting experience and exposure to project-based financials.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the production of monthly management accounts, including accruals, prepayments, and journalsDeliver meaningful variance analysis and financial commentary to support stakeholders Support project accounting, monitoring costs, budgets, and financial performance across multiple workstreamsContribute to budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with internal teams Produce and maintain financial reports, including PandL and cash flow information Reconcile key accounts and support month-end and year-end processesAssist in improving financial processes and controls to enhance accuracy and efficiency Provide ad hoc analysis and support to senior finance colleagues and project leadsKey RequirementsProven experience in a management accounts or assistant management accountant roleExposure to project accounting or working with project budgets/cost trackingStrong understanding of month-end processes, accruals, and prepaymentsExperience producing financial reports and analysis for stakeholdersHolds a completed professional accounting qualification (ACCA / CIMA / ..... full job details .....
