We are currently seeking an experienced Wills and Probate Fee-Earner to enhance our Private Client team. This role is ideal for someone with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience (PQE) who is skilled in managing a diverse caseload in Private Client law.Day-to-day of the role:Probate and Estate Administration: Handle a range of cases from basic estates below the inheritance tax threshold to complex taxable estates requiring detailed IHT400 forms and schedules.Wills and LPAs: Assist clients with estate planning, including drafting Wills and preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney. Undertake Court of Protection work to ensure comprehensive client service.Client Interaction: Work directly with a diverse client base, including older clients and high-net-worth individuals, providing tailored legal advice and maintaining high standards of client care.Required Skills and Qualifications:A minimum of 2 years PQE in a private client department, with a proven track record of managing your own caseload.Strong IT skills and proficiency in managing legal documents and processes.Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain confidentiality.A proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Team player who is flexible and ..... full job details .....
