The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, managing subcontractors, ensuring health and safety compliance, and delivering the project to a high standard, on time and within budget.It is overseeing the fitout/refurbishment on a live business park, valued at around 800k. Works include a full stripout, refurbishment and internal fitout, inclusive of MandE.Liaiisng with the end-client is required for regular site drop-ins.
