Lead a team of Care Assistants and ensure the highest standards of care.Keep accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues.Support the Home Manager and Deputy Manager with physical, social, and emotional care for residents.Handle medication and ensure medication audits are completed and in order.Benefits

We are seeking a dynamic Care Team Leader who excels in person-centred care planning, possesses expertise in dementia care, and has experience leading teams to deliver exceptional care.
