Job Title: Multi Trade Repairs and Maintenance OperativeJob Location - SN4 7DB (Field based)Salary - 32,500 - 34,500 (+ Company van and fuel card) per annumContract type - PermanentWorking hours - Full Time (39hours per week)About the roleWe are recruiting for a full time Multi Trade Repairs and Maintenance Operative to join our Trades team on a permanent basis.You will ensure properties are repaired and maintained to a high standard and will be responsible for carrying out repairs, improvements, surveys and measurements efficiently and economically in accordance with current working practices and all related health and safety legislation and good practice.By working in a professional, respectful and courteous manner you will deliver excellent customer service, objectives and achieve behaviour competences.Please note that if you are successful in this role, we will require a DBS check to be completed.
