Triangle Fire Systems is a rapidly growing family company specialising in the design, supply and installation of automatic fire sprinkler systems, dry and wet rising mains.Due to our continued growth and expansion we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to join our retrofit team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction based fire protection projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of project management methodologies. The Project Manager will collaborate with various stakeholders and utilise project management software to facilitate smooth project execution. You will be based in or near London and be prepared to travel in and around London and the Home Counties, with occasional travel further afield. The Project manager (PM) is designated to a contract where they assume control of all aspects of the delivery onsite to the installation of the sprinkler system and if other elements are present such as electrics, they will assume total control of these works being done within the programme and in the sequence they require, they will liaise with the relevant lead in each department and ensure that they are aware of what is needed and also keep up the communication throughout the duration of the project.
