A great opportunity for a CNC Machinist has become available to join a well-established Oil and Gas company based in Aberdeen. You will be joining a company who have held a strong reputation for over 30 years and are continuing to work with top clients within the industry. They have a wide range of machines including CNC lathes, VTL, horizontal borers, manual machines and use Fanuc and G&L 800 Controllers. The are a company who take pride in investing in their equipment, allowing the workforce to produce equipment to the best ability.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments when needed.
• Measure and inspect finished parts.
• Maintain, clean and organise work spaces.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and carry out routine maintenance.
• Read and interpret technical drawings.

Beneficial:

• Experience on horizontal borers beneficial but not essential.
• Fanuc/ G&L 800 controllers beneficial.
