Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrically Biased) –

Shift- 3 Shift Pattern (Mon–Fri)

Location- Oldham
Salary- £47,000

Are you an electrically biased engineer with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement? We’re looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Oldham, working a 3-shift Monday to Friday rotation.

What you’ll be doing:

• Electrical fault finding and repair on inverters, relays, contactors, PLCs, motor drives, safety systems, switches, sensors, and load cells.
• Working with Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, and Telemecanique PLCs.
• Supporting systems such as DC drives, weigh systems, and metal detectors.
• Reading and interpreting electrical drawings.
• Contributing to improvement projects – if you’ve got a good idea, we’ll listen and back it with resources.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong electrical bias with proven experience in fault finding.
• Hands-on skills with inverters, PLCs, relays, motor drives, and sensors.
• Ability to read and work from electrical schematics/drawings.
