Employment Type: Permanent/Full Time Working Hours: Monday to Friday (early finish on a Friday Salary: 28k to 32k Our client is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Office Administrator to join their team. This role would suit an experienced administrator, who is used to working in a fast-paced environment with a background in manufacturing or similar. The Role: Deal with incoming customer and supplier enquires via email and telephone Process sales orders, purchase orders, and customer returns Help prepare quotations Update online records and support with filing Escalate issues as needed General office administration duties The Ideal Candidate: Strong administration skills in a fast-paced office environment Experience in manufacturing or similar, an advantage IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good team player Driven and self-motivated A high level of attention If you have the required experience for this role, please apply!
