Duties will include: Supporting the company s compliance framework, ensuring regulatory obligations are met and best practices are embedded across the business Assisting in the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of policies, procedures, and controls to ensure ongoing compliance with FCA and other relevant regulations Conducting regular monitoring activities, audits, and file reviews to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement Preparing compliance reports for management, summarising findings, risks, and recommended actions Working closely with underwriters, claims handlers, and other internal teams to ensure compliance considerations are embedded in daily operations Maintaining accurate and up-to-date compliance records, registers, and reports for internal and external stakeholders Assisting in the preparation and submission of regulatory returns Supporting the delivery of compliance training to staff, promoting awareness of regulatory obligations and company standards The successful candidate will have: Proven compliance experience within an insurance environment A good understanding of FCA regulations and risk ..... full job details .....
