Role OverviewAs a Campaign Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our influencer and social marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of campaigns, from conceptualisation to delivery, ensuring that each project meets its objectives and delivers exceptional results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Develop influencer marketing strategies and campaign plans tailored to client objectives.
Identify and select suitable influencers, considering brand alignment and audience reach.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a diverse network of influencers.
Negotiate and secure influencer partnerships, including compensation, deliverables, and contractual agreements.
Provide influencers with clear guidelines and creative briefs for campaign content.
Review and approve influencer-generated content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Coordinate content approvals with clients and ensure all necessary revisions are made.
Create and manage project timelines, ensuring all campaign milestones are met.
Oversee budgets and expenditures for each campaign to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimisation.
Role Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience planning and executing influencer campaigns.
Demonstrable experience delegating and prioritising an ever-changing workload.
Competent writing and communication skills.
Able to work effectively and calmly under pressure.
Understanding of influencer marketing and social metrics (impressions, reach, engagements).
