Growth of the aftersales and client care division requires the strengthening of the Maintenance services offered through the appointment of a Maintenance Manager for projects predominantly located in prestige areas of Central and West London Your role will be to nurture a positive and pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of effectiveness and communication within the office team and with the clients. As Maintenance Manager, your responsibilities will include the day to day client care and effective management of the projects within your portfolio. This will involve managing the workforce, including direct employees, sub contract labour and specialist sub contractors in relation to the effective upkeep and ongoing works within your projects. Delivery of the projects to the companys exemplary and demanding quality plans is essential. The successful candidate will be required to produce monthly reports for the clients, and record progress within the gardens.
