The successful candidate will operate high-specification EDM wire equipment to manufacture gears, gear shafts, and precision components to exacting standards.Key responsibilities include:Programming and operating CNC EDM Wire machinesWorking from detailed engineering drawings, process sheets, and tooling instructionsProducing precision components to tight tolerancesEntering production and job data into the ERP systemOperating multiple machines as requiredWorking with a variety of materialsApplying strong knowledge of EDM principles, tooling, and material characteristicsMaintaining quality, accuracy, and safe working practicesAbout YouMinimum of 3 years'' trade training or equivalent experience, plus 2-4 years'' relevant machining experienceExtensive knowledge of CNC EDM Wire machiningStrong understanding of EDM principles, tooling, materials, and machine shop practicesConfident reading and interpreting engineering drawingsComfortable working in a ..... full job details .....
