This hybrid role suits a construction or design professional with at least 3 years'' post-qualified experience and proven knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015. Based in Edinburgh with initial office integration, you will lead CDM compliance across complex projects, mentor teams and embed best practice in health and safety. This is a dedicated CDM and Health and Safety position, not a design leadership role, reporting to the Senior Management Team.Role and Responsibilities Deliver Principal Designer duties under CDM 2015 Manage compliance across multiple live projects Advise designers on statutory CDM responsibilities Prepare fee proposals and project activity schedules Report to Senior Management on CDM performanceYou will coordinate CDM services across the wider team, contribute to internal guidance documents and deliver CPD sessions on health, safety, wellbeing and inclusion.
