We are recruiting for a Qualified Solicitor for an established business in the North East of England to join their growing Family Team on a full-time permanent basis. We can consider NQ candidates as well as those with a number of years PQE. We are looking for a dedicated Solicitor who can manage a caseload of private family law matters including divorce, child custody financial settlements and prenuptial agreements. You will conduct legal research prepare legal documents whilst representing clients in court hearings and provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients ensuring their best interests are protected.
