Successful applicants will be offered one of the following pathways:Recruitment to band 3 for those with relevant experience and/or qualifications, with the opportunity to complete a level 3 apprenticeshipRecruitment to band 2 to upskill into clinical care, with options to complete a level 3 apprenticeship or join our level 2 HCSW AcademyRecruitment to a band 2 in our HCSW Academy for those new to care or with little prior experience (see attached Apprentice Flyer)Applicants must meet the following requirements:Attend an Assessment Day at Colchester on 17th September 2025 (location TBC)HCSW Academy Starters must commit to a start date of Monday, 3rd November 2025Have residency status that allows you to work (please note we do not offer sponsorship)Meet pre-employment requirements, including references covering the last three years, satisfactory DBS check, and Occupational Health clearanceBe 18 or older at commencement, as shifts include nightsWe are ESNEFT, providing hospital and community health services to nearly one million people across east Suffolk and north Essex.
