This established yet growing Main Contractor offers a comprehensive design and build service to a diverse client base. Operating across multiple sectors including healthcare, retail, education, and leisure, their projects typically range in value from -1 million to -10 million. A strong commitment to quality has been key to their ongoing success, recently earning them a place on a Local Authority Framework. With a healthy pipeline of upcoming work, they are now seeking an experienced Estimator to join their expanding team.

In this role, you''ll work as part of an estimating team, managing tenders of varying size and complexity. Responsibilities include pricing, cost estimation and budgeting, and leading tenders to name a few. This is an office-based role in Colchester.

The ideal candidate will be an Estimator with commercial experience and comfortable working full-time from the Colchester office.
