The project is currently in its 7th year of a 20-year term and involves multiple packages including lifts, heating, ventilation, door entry systems, and more. The project team includes 2 site managers and 1 Resident Liaison Officer (RLO), with operations coordinated from a central office in East/North LondonRole Overview: Seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager (Mechanical and Electrical) to lead the delivery of technically complex MandE planned works across the social housing portfolio. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring works are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
