As part of the Mondelez International Digital Services division, you have responsibility for a specific discipline that may include partnering with leaders in sales, finance, marketing, customer service and logistics, procurement, HR, etc. You lead a team that delivers best-in-class service and value creation to their clients and that strives for operational excellence at all times.Objective of the RoleLead the finance workstream of the SAP S/4HANA implementation, with focus on Condition Contract Management (CCM), ensuring accurate integration of trade terms and rebates into financial reportingKey Responsibilities
Drive the design and deployment of CCM processes (trade terms, rebates, settlements) within SAP S/4HANAAct as the bridge between finance, business, and IT, translating requirements into system and process solutionsOversee testing, data migration, and cutover, securing accurate financial flows and margin reportingSupport month-end close during and after go-live, ensuring compliance and accuracy of postingsIdentify and implement opportunities for process simplification, automation, and standardizationProvide training and guidance to finance and commercial teams, driving adoption of new ways of workingDesign efficient end-to-end processes, establishing KPIs to monitor, leveraging standard SAPQualifications
Proven experience as a Commercial Finance Manager or similar role in FMCG or consumer goodsHands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA; strong knowledge of Condition Contract Management (CCM)Solid understanding of rebates, trade terms, accruals, and commercial finance processesStrong grasp of financial accounting (FI/CO) and PandL impactsTrack record in leading projects and delivering results under tight deadlinesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills across finance, business, and ITAnalytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindsetDegree in Finance/Accounting/Economics; professional certification is a plusTravel requirements:
