The work will be a nice mix of Commercial and residential valuations around loan security covering the Devon area.For this role, the client will need someone FRICS / MRICS Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer, ideally with at least 3 years post qualification experience in commercial property / general practice with a track record of the provision of Red Book compliant valuations.Interested?
