Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Using the company CRM to outbound call pre-vetted prospects.
• Making introductory calls to potential customers to understand their current service set up and their requirements
• Developing relations with potential customers and identify key personnel within each organisation.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Experience in outbound calling is essential
• Computer literate and able to adapt to use bespoke CRM and database software.
• Competent on web-based applications and Microsoft 365.
• Previous use of courier portals is a bonus.
