An established and design-driven architectural practice in Northampton is seeking a Newly Qualified Architect (RIBA Part 3) to join its expanding team. This opportunity is ideal for a recently qualified professional eager to contribute to a diverse portfolio of projects spanning residential, commercial, and educational sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the design and development of architectural projects from initial concept to final delivery.
- Produce detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using industry-standard software tools.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure all project requirements are met seamlessly.
- Visit and inspect sites to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design and regulatory standards.
- Integrate sustainable and innovative solutions into project designs.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, building regulations, and architectural best practices.
- Prepare engaging presentations and reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
Skills:
- A recent qualification in Architecture, including successful completion of RIBA Part 3.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Strong knowledge of building regulations, planning policies, and construction methods.
- Exceptional design and visualization skills, with acute attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively, handling multiple projects concurrently.
