Their reputation is built on technical excellence and genuine support and they need someone who reflects that.The RoleThis is a dual-focus position combining engineering expertise with customer training and relationship building.You will:Install, commission, and maintain high-end large format printers and cutting systemsDeliver structured, hands-on training to operators (hardware and software)Support market-leading technologies including EFI, Canon, Mimaki and similar platformsProvide guidance on RIP and workflow software such as Onyx, Caldera, Enfocus and FieryDiagnose faults, carry out repairs and preventative maintenanceAct as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers maximise uptime and productivityWhat They re Looking ForProven experience servicing large format print and/or digital finishing equipmentStrong fault-finding and electro-mechanical troubleshooting abilityConfidence delivering training and communicating with operators and production teamsWorking knowledge of RIP software, ..... full job details .....
