Salary: andpound;29,344 andndash; andpound;44,919 (depending on experience)

About the Role:

An inclusive, nurturing, and well-regarded primary school in Winslow is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS1 Class Teacher to join their team from September 2025. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for either a Year 1 or Year 2 class, depending on their experience and preference.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified teacher who is passionate about early education and eager to work in a school that values creativity, collaboration, and child-centred learning.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons that meet the requirements of the national KS1 curriculum
  • Use differentiated and inclusive approaches to support the diverse needs of all learners, including those with SEND and EAL
  • Establish positive classroom routines that encourage independence, curiosity, and good behaviour
  • Accurately track and assess pupil progress, using data to inform next steps and interventions
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and subject leaders to deliver consistent and high-quality teaching

Requirements:


  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) andndash; applications from ECTs and experienced teachers are welcome
  • A sound understanding of the KS1 curriculum and how to deliver it creatively and effectively
  • A passion for early years education and child development
