School Admin Officer - Camden, Northwest London

We are currently recruiting for Temporary School Receptionists and Administrators for schools within Camden, Northwest London and the surrounding areas. It is essential to have experience using SIMS and a Valid DBS. Please see further details below:

• School Admin Officer
• Full Time - Monday to Friday
• Must have previous school admin experience
• Must have SIMS experience
• -90.00 - -115.00 per day
• Camden, Northwest London

Duties may include but are not limited to:

• Meeting and greeting visitors and signing pupils and visitors in and out of school
• Reception duties dealing with queries in person, on the telephone, by email and letter
• Logging and recording of late pupils
• Providing early release slips for pupils with appointments
• Monitoring of pupil absences
• Inputting information into SIMS system for pupil information
• Providing general clerical support
• Dealing with daily post and deliveries

Requirements for the role:

• Must have previous experience working within a school office
• Proven experience using SIMS
• A Valid UK DBS
