THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT Extensive experience within recruitment/crewing or other relevant experience such as offshore work. Understanding of MLC, STCW, HSE, OPITO and GWO Certification. Experience of managing a team. Extensive understanding and experience of MS packages including Teams. Awareness of recruitment tools and processes. Extensive experience presenting data and industry updates to a diverse audience globally. Proficient in all MS office packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience and understanding of the offshore catering industry. - Preferred. JOB DESCRIPTION Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that external providers operate in accordance with their contractual provisions. Stay up to date with relevant employment legislation and advise Managers accordingly of any changes that could affect the recruitment process. Oversee the effective administration of the recruitment process, including general administrative duties.
